How often should I participate in sound healing sessions?
1 – 2 sessions per month are recommended. Regular sound healing sessions will maximize therapeutic effects and enhance relaxation.
Can I use sound healing alongside other treatments?
Yes, sound healing complements many wellness practices and medical treatments. However, please contact your GP for consent if you have any neurological, psychological or heart conditions. Sound healing is not advisable for those who are pregnant.
